Every year on Halloween night downtown Estes Park is closed so that kids, adults and pets can safely gather to trick or treat at the shops.

This event was created by Moses Street in the early 1980's, a former Estes Park resident, to help bring more people to Estes Park at a time of year when there weren’t as many visitors.
